Robert Robotti is Co-Founder and CEO of tREO Capital Group, Inc. He and other key executives of tREO have created a custom designed platform for acquiring properties at Los Angeles County Trustee Auctions, and for REO Bulk Acquisitions. Robert also was co-founder and CEO of SCI Real Estate Investments LLC. Mr. Robotti consistently developed strategic contributions towards the growth and profitability of the firm, with a special focus on acquisitions.
Throughout his 20 year real estate career, Robert has identified, underwritten, toured, negotiated and approved, as the Chair of various Investment Committees, over $2 billion of residential and commercial properties, including over 100 REO and value added acquisitions. In addition, he and tREO President, Marc Paul, were the top commercial agents in the world for RE/MAX Commercial in 2003 and 2004. They are credited with starting the first ever exclusively commercial RE/MAX franchise that grew to nearly 100 agents before being sold.
Together with a highly specialized executive and operations team, Mr. Robotti’s goal for tREO is to develop a corporate culture which delivers outstanding investment results, in a transparent, secure and trustworthy manner.
Robert is a graduate of Fordham University with a BS degree in Marketing & Accounting.
