Justine entered the Real Estate industry immediately upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland. She studied abroad for 3 years in 10 different countries throughout Europe.
Justine has spent time in management for lending institutions, real estate brokerages, and auction services. Her responsibilities have included the management of REO assets, the field training for REO agents, and she has worked as an auctioneer and bidder. She has assisted Chase, CITI Financial, Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo, Countrywide, Bank of America, as well as other clients, in the valuation,
management, and successful disposition of foreclosed homes.
As an REO agent, assisting the banks in the disposition of their distressed assets, Justine managed a pipeline of over 140 properties at a time. This included pre-foreclosures, evictions, listings, and escrows. In 2009 alone, her team closed 135 escrows with a total value in excess of $30,000,000.
With this invaluable experience, Justine was well prepared to make the transition to Treo Capital Group.
