Mr. Adelman has over 30 years of real estate investment experience. He has been active as an owner, investor and broker of residential REO, industrial, multi-family, student housing and retail properties. He was the President of Pacific Coast Metals, Inc. for 18 years. During that time, he built the company into one of the nation’s premier recycling organizations. He then became a top earning commercial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield and CB Richard Ellis.
As a Managing Principal of Lee & Associates, he established the Downtown Los Angeles office and managed the San Fernando Valley office. He then joined SCI Real Estate Investments and raised in excess of $100 million for residential REO and commercial real estate investments.
