Jay brings 27 years of extensive professional real estate skills to the team at TREO Capital Group. In 1992 Jay commenced operations as Owner of RE/MAX OTB Estates in the San Fernando Valley, achieving recognition as one of the top five RE/MAX brokerages in California by 1998. In 1994, Jay opened RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage which became the first RE/MAX Commercial in the world to break the $1 billion dollar annual sales threshold in 2002.
Throughout his career, Jay has gathered expertise in brokerage, management, finance and construction in both residential and commercial real estate. His relationships in the industry enable TREO Capital Group to expand opportunities in the acquisition, financing, development, management, and disposition of real estate assets.
Jay is the recipient of numerous awards for outstanding leadership including RE/MAX “Broker/Owner of the Year” for California, one of the “Top Five RE/MAX Brokers in the United States”, as well as “Business Owner of the Year” awards bestowed by multiple Chambers of Commerce and professional organizations.
