Mr. Hochheimer began his career in real estate with Marcus & Millichap in Los Angeles in the 1980s. Soon after, he moved into Acquisitions and Sales of multi-family properties with RW Selby & Company of Los Angeles from 1989 to 1992. From there he moved on to helping build a portfolio of investment properties for Morgan Browning Group in Beverly Hills from 1993 to 1995.
It was then, in 1996, that Dieter came to join SCI Real Estate Investments. Along with sourcing acquisitions and the sale of residential and commercial properties for SCI, Mr. Hochheimer worked as a broker for RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage which was co-founded and owned by SCI. For the last three years, his focus has been on sourcing acquisitions for SCI and tREO.
