Deborah Trudeau was the VP of Operations for First Capital Financial Resources a successful residential mortgage broker for over 7 years. Deborah was responsible for the creation of the correspondent lending, Short Sale, Loss Mitigation, and Retail Lending Divisions. She handled the day to day operations of the company, ran the staff of 70+ employees and over 200 loan agents. During that time, she helped to build the company into one the states premier retail brokerage firms.
In addition Deborah has been active in numerous community activities to include, United Way, Chrysalis (a Charity that rehabilitates
homeless people), the Los Angeles Police Foundation, the Library Foundation of Los Angeles, and volunteers at the SPCA.
